  • Task force director with direct access to upper administration and with experience and skills in community organizing
  • Experienced communications coordinator
  • Experienced evaluators who can constantly assess the progress of the effort

  • A community coalition to connect the campus task force to community-wide efforts

  • A willingness and desire across the campus to make system-wide changes in the formal and informal ways that alcohol is connected to university life
